Victorious Grace

This last Sunday was an honor for us as parents.  We got to join with our church  and family to dedicate Kyla to the Lord.  To partner with God to raise her to know truth, and pray that one day she would take it as her own.

We had the chance to share with the church what God has laid on our hearts as parents for Kyla.  Kyla means lovely and victorious, thus the meaning of her full name is Victorious Grace. We pray that she would take God's grace as her own, and then extend it to others.

The Children's pastor stated that she thought Kyla was going to have the heart of Worship or the Heart of a Pastor because of her dancing during Worship.  Ha!  She did try to grab the microphone while Jason and I were talking.  Such a blessing!

Thank you to the family members and friends who were and were not able to attend and support us on this day.  We are stronger parents because of your support and encouragement.  Thanks for helping us raise our daughter.

We celebrated at Olive Garden after.  Kyla was in heaven.  With all the pasta and bread she could eat.  She favored the soup (thanks Asobo for sharing yours until Mommy's came).

Her ponytail was not that high at the beginning of the day. :)
